In 2023 my son and I decided we were gonna start looking for a couple land owner tags in NM to go Elk hunting. So we stumble across Daniel Graham and he quickly became our hero. That year we were able to get landowner tags for archery. I had multiple opportunities to kill and ended up killing a nice 5x5. My son had multiple opportunities and ended up losing a 350 bull that he shot the second day. In 2024 I booked me and 2 friends with Daniel on a rifle hunt in 16d and we went 3 for 3 on 6x6 bulls. Hunting with this family is special, not to mention that his wife is the best cook on the planet. Bottom line is that you are not just a # with these people, you are a friend!

If you’re looking for an amazing elk or mule deer hunting experience in New Mexico, I can’t recommend Wild New Mexico Outfitters enough. They provide skilled guides who have been hunting all their lives and really know the land. They scout the area thoroughly ahead of time to make sure you have the best chance at a trophy animal. Plus, they ensure you’re comfortable with great lodging and delicious meals.
I personally harvested my first elk with Daniel years ago, and just last season my 12-year-old grandson got his first elk with them too. It’s truly a top-notch outfit and a wonderful experience for hunters of any age.
